PVC foaming regulator is an acrylate processing agent. In addition to having all the characteristics of PVC processing agent, its molecular weight is much higher than that of the general processing agent.Besides, it has higher melt strength and allows products to have more even foam structure and lower density.
Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a saturated high polymer material. Its appearance is white powder and it is poisonless and tasteless. It is also highly resistant to weather, ozone, chemicals, aging, oil and fire and shows excellent pigmenting property.
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also referred to as macromolecule wax as well as PE wax for short, has come into wide use due to its high resistance to cold, heat, chemicals, and abrasion. In normal production, this part of wax can be directly added to polyolefin processing as an additive, because it can increase the product’s gloss and processing performance. As a lubricant, it shows stable chemical property and excellent electrical property. Moreover, PE wax is highly compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene paraffin, ethylene propylene rubber, and butyl rubber. It can also improve the liquidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS as well as the demoulding property of polymethyl methacrylate and makrolon. Comparing PVC and other external lubricants, PE wax is more powerful in internal lubrication.
Calcium zinc stabilizer is mainly made of calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant, antioxygen, etc., on which pecial composite process has been carried out. It can not only replace lead and cadmium salt, rganic tin and other toxic stabilizers, but also shows high heat stability, light stability, transparency nd tinting strength. Practice has proven that calcium zinc stabilizer shows excellent processing erformance for PVC resin products and its heat stability is equivalent to that of lead salt stabilizer. herefore, the product is an ideal non-toxic stabilizer.
PVC processing agent ACR, is a high-molecular polymer that is synthesized through emulsion olymerization process of one or several acrylate monomers. This product shows excellent lasticizing capacity, can accelerate PVC fusion, raise the strength and evenness of fusant, retard usant breakage and increase compatibility. Besides, it shows no remarkable impact on the echanical performance of PVC. Therefore, it has come into wide use in PVC production at home and broad. Using the type and ratio of different acrylate monomers can control the plasticizing speed of RC resin products and the strength of fusant. With the same components, the higher intrinsic iscosity will lead to slower plasticizing and higher fusant strength.
